Abdallah Soliman is a strategic entrepreneur and hospitality innovator with a rich background in human resources and business leadership. He began his professional journey at PepsiCo, where he served as a Regional HR Manager, leading talent development, organizational culture, and workforce strategies across multiple markets. His corporate experience also includes roles at HCCA and LMI Management Consultancy, where he developed a deeper understanding of business strategy and organizational effectiveness across various industries.

Today, Abdallah is the Co-founder and General Manager of Qualco Investments Inc., a growing force in the real estate and hospitality sector in Canada. He oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Real estate Management, Hotels & Vacation Homes Management, and investment developments in Canada and abroad.

His diverse experience, from multinational corporations to creative entrepreneurship, allows him to bring a holistic and visionary perspective to the board.
