Throughout his career, he has held senior management and consultancy roles with several reputable international, local, and regional companies.
Soliman began his entrepreneurial journey in 2005 by co-founding HCCA (Human Capital Capability Academy), a management consultancy firm. In 2007, he acquired a majority stake in the company. HCCA specializes in corporate restructuring to enhance strategic and operational performance. Under Soliman’s leadership, HCCA secured licenses for the following global principals:
- LMI (Leadership Management International): The world leader in professional development for over 45 years. Founded by Paul J. Meyer, LMI helps individuals and organizations achieve personal and business goals, with materials available in 23 languages across 70+ countries. Soliman became the Master Licensee in Egypt for LMI in 2010, a role he held until 2018.
- MTa Learning: A UK-based company founded in 1981 by Martin Thompson, MTa provides innovative experiential learning tools through structured indoor and outdoor activities. Its programs are used in over 100 countries by leading organizations.
- ICT (International Cleaning Institute): In 2011, Soliman signed an exclusive licensing agreement with ICT to introduce a formal, accredited housekeeping curriculum in Egypt, focusing on training for employment.
In 2011, Soliman co-founded TFS, a facility management company. By 2020, he acquired a majority stake and rebranded it as EFS – Egypt Facility Services (a joint-stock company), which owns the catering brand Trio Catering. Today, EFS-Trio Catering is a key player in Egypt’s corporate catering sector, serving listed local and international clients. True to its mission—“We are dedicated to delivering the highest value to our clients”—and its motto, “Where your catering needs are perfectly met,” the company has established itself as a trusted name in the industry.
In 2020, Soliman founded PROC, a general supplies company (LLC) specializing in F&B procurement. Later, in 2024, he established SS&C (a one-person company) focusing on sweets and oriental pastries.
The strategic objective behind these three companies is to integrate their operations under a proposed holding company, SHG, set to launch in July 2025.
Soliman holds a degree in Food Science and Technology, along with numerous management certifications. He is married and has two grandsons.
